Most part of the town is modern, but the old part of the borgo is pretty and well mantained.
Impressive are the abbey and the cripta.
Unfortunately it is a bit far from the route and maybe a good point for people who have yet been in Tuscany other times and want to discover new corners.
During the winter, Abbadia is well known in the area as it is a sky resort of the Monte Amiata
