BOOKING DETAILS

1. The acceptance of the bookings made abc Tuscany operated by SEAVIEW is subordinated to the availability of the places. The booking is understood accepted when abc Tuscany issues a Confirmation invoice.

2. At the booking time, a fee of 50.000 liras per practice (euro 25,82) will be paid for reservation together with a deposit equal to 15% of the total price. The balance will be paid locally.
Only accepted reservations by credit card ( MC/VISA/AMEX/DINERS )

3. As soon as your credit card is approved you will receive a booking invoice with all the pertinent information like the property managers phone numbers, addresses, amounts still due and funds paid.

4. In case of cancellation or in the event you want to alter any detail in a confirmed booking, you must advise the relevant supplier or resort representative and not abc Tuscany, each property will apply its own cancellation penalties.
The Traveler is anyway held to the payment of the registration fee and booking deposit.

5. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any hotel / resort characteristics described in each property pages published in this web site. If you or any of your party member have a problem during your holiday, you must inform the relevant supplier or resort representative.
