There is an EXCELLENT restaurant near Suvereto called Pratella.
They make everything from scratch - including the pasta. The
location is a little out of the way but worth every bite!
You will not be disappointed. This place is very rustic so
don't expect white tablecloths but the food and serivce are
outstanding! You will not be disappointed! I go every year
and it is one of the highlights of my trip!
