Follow this tips if you are planning to visit Florence town
in the future.
Where to park
The biggest parking is under the train station of Santa
Maria Novella (cost 3.50 Euro/hour, no daily price). Others
parking are available in the same area, most of them works
with hotels and must be pre booked. We suggest to reach Florence
town with the train or bus. The main station Santa Maria Novella
is only 5 minutes walking from the city centre.
Where to eat
Hundreds of restaurants and trattoria in Florence. There
are also few self services in the road which connect the Duomo
to Piazza della Signoria
Where is the hospital
Viale Pieraccini 17. Follow the international sign H in the
many signs available inside the town
Where is an Internet point
Behind the Duomo there is a big Internet point, with fast
connection.
Under the train station of Santa Maria Novella another good
Internet point.
Where to find a map of the town
In Via Cavour 1r, 5 mins walking from the Duomo you will
find the tourist information office
