Classification of accommodations in Tuscany Italy
When you start searching the accommodation in Tuscany most suitable for you and your family, it maybe a little bit confusing as you may find different types.
From August 1999 a new rating system for Hotels and
Guest Accommodation has been operating in Italy. The
Italian Tourism Council, have developed a new system
for rating serviced accommodation based on the quality
and the range of services. There are two categories
– Hotels, including townhouses, and Guest Accommodation,
which includes bed and breakfasts, guesthouses, inns
and farmhouses.
